NECAPA Webinar #3 - Analysis and Implications of the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) between Hyrdo-Quebec and NL-Hydro (NL - Newfoundland-Labrador)

New mega-dams, reservoirs and hydro-power plants are being planned for the rivers in
the Province of Newfoundland-Labrador, and the implications are staggering, both
ecologically and economically. While the leaders meet behind closed doors to hash out
the deal (MOU), the people are left with the tab and no input. In this webinar, we will
hear about the scope of the intended new construction, along with the economic
implications and what if anything can be done to stop it or change course.
